Job summary

PatchPlus Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior ISD Program Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's CDASA program. The role leads ISD analyses, develops courses, and coordinates with DIA and ASA SMEs to ensure certification standards are met.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in ISD and program management, and a strong DoD knowledge base. The position offers a competitive package and opportunities to impact national security missions.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph ability.
• 5+ years applying ISD (ADDIE) to analyze needs and design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology.
• Expert MS Office skills demonstrated in published products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job task analysis for defense all-source analysts.
• Lead training needs analysis for courses, develop course evaluations, and refine courses based on results.
• Review and update course requirements.
• Develop learning objectives aligned to professional certification standards.
• Design in-person and online asynchronous instruction for all-source analysts.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate course development with ASA subject matter experts.
• Audit and review content of DoD ASA courses.
• Coordinate course delivery with DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence instructors.
• Evaluate certificant professional development logs for renewal of the CDASA credential.
• Support the development of CDASA accreditation packages to the NCCA.
