Job summary

PatchPlus Consulting Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Training Project Manager (mid-level) to support the DIA/DI CDASA program.

The role requires planning, execution, and delivery of defense all-source projects with a focus on stakeholder alignment and PMO support. Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in program/project management, and deep knowledge of DoD processes, with proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools such as Tableau.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology.
• Expert MS Office skills demonstrated through creation of a variety of published products.
• Experience engaging senior level professionals and developing their briefs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job task analyses for defense all-source analysts (ASA).
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects with teams, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder approvals.
• Assemble and lead project teams, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration.
• Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and align with goals.
• Support PMO functions, candidate/certificant support, policies, and documents.
• Coordinate exam delivery with DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence or related DIA units.
• Assist in accreditation package development for NCCA and related standards.
