Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor processes, and support onboarding for direct-hire and subcontract employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in manufacturing site support coordination or related administrative roles.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in coordinating site operations within a large industrial or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage site support activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Monitor site support processes and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support on-boarding activities of direct-hire and subcontract employees.
• Assist with planning and coordination of employee engagement events and site communications.
