The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) seeks a Senior IS Specialist to deliver cloud apps, automation, and data analysis solutions for IRCO staff. The role emphasizes development, deployment, and security across Microsoft cloud tools and AI-enabled workflows.

The position is full-time with benefits, hybrid at IRCO's Portland office, and requires a Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of related experience. Bilingual applicants preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Software Development Lifecycle and Coding experience, including with AI tools.
• Experience with Data Analysis methods and statistical analysis for complex datasets.
• Extended knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Computing.
• Knowledge and experience in MS-Office and automation.
• Technical problem solving and debugging skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure program meets PMS and use tools; pursue continuous learning for improvement.
• Initiate, lead, and manage projects with varied professional backgrounds.
• Develop cloud applications on PowerApps/Web platforms and Python scripting.
• Perform Data Analysis with Excel and apply statistics.
• Capture and develop requirements including workflows for apps.
• Train others and improve application development methodology.
