Job summary

IRCO in Portland, OR seeks an Information System (IS) Manager to lead IRCO-wide IS projects and manage planning, deployment, and automation across case management and data systems.

The role requires Microsoft Power Platform expertise, API and cloud automation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with IT/IS teams, vendors, and program owners. Hybrid schedule with benefits accompanies 1.0 FTE employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in computer/IT fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IRCO IS development and deployment projects.
• Lead IS and IT initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Oversee case management databases and workflow automation.
• Ensure data governance and security practices across IS.
• Supervise IS staff and coordinate with program owners and vendors.
