Job summary

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is seeking an Information System Manager to lead IS projects, administer case management and cloud-based automation, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments in a hybrid Portland-based role.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT/IS, strong Microsoft platform knowledge, and experience with Power Apps and Power Automate; API and cloud data automation are preferred. Hybrid work with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in Computer or IT related area.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IS development and deployment projects.
• Independently identify and propose solutions to improve IS methods for Microsoft platforms and Apricot case management software.
• Coordinate with IS/IT staff and stakeholders to prioritize projects and deliver solutions.
• Document and implement procedures for IRCO staff and IS staff to follow; address data quality and security.
• Oversee IS infrastructure improvements (Power Apps, Power Automate, case management software).
• Establish and manage partnerships with program owners and service vendors.
• Plan and manage budget and expenses; supervise IS staff and development mentoring.
• Travel to IRCO facilities to install equipment and address issues.
