Job summary

IRCO is seeking a Senior IS (Information Systems) Specialist to design, deploy, and support cloud-based automation for IRCO staff. The role requires advanced knowledge across SDLC, data analytics, and cloud platforms, with a focus on developing production-quality apps using AI tools and secure practices.

The position is 1.0 FTE, full-time with benefits, located in IRCO's Main Office in Portland, OR, with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• SDLC and coding experience, including with AI tools.
• Data analysis methods and statistics for complex datasets.
• Extended knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Computing.
• MS Office and automation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Develop cloud applications on PowerApps and web platforms.
• Perform data analysis with Excel and apply statistics.
• Capture requirements and design workflows for apps.
• Train users and improve development methodology.
• Set up software in cloud apps and manage SQL databases.
• Develop PowerApps and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop automation flows via scripting.
• Evaluate external cloud apps and provide training.
• Analyze data and generate reports.
• Work with Microsoft cloud solutions and security measures.
• Address cybersecurity risks and prevention.
