Job summary

EZARC is seeking a highly skilled Ironworker to join our growing team in Utah. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ironworking experience, strong welding (3G/4G), and a proven record of safety compliance.

You will read drawings, fabricate layouts, rig loads, and coordinate with crane operators to complete erections safely and efficiently. We offer a team-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate to Utah and start immediately.
• 4+ years of experience as an Ironworker.
• Experience with tight deadlines and strict safety requirements.
• Ability to operate a telescopic forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift.
• Welding 3G/4G with different welding applications.
• OSHA/MSHA or other safety certification is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret steel erection and shop drawings.
• Create layouts on concrete, existing structures, and materials to be fabricated.
• Shakeout steel in order of erection sequence per drawings.
• Prepare hardware needed for materials to be erected.
• Ensure rigging tools are safe and reliable before use.
• Establish effective communication with crane operator and crew.
• Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
• Erect metal or precast components for structures such as buildings, bridges, and towers.
• Maintain high standard of safety culture and lead by example.
