Job summary

EZARC is seeking a skilled Ironworker to join our growing team. The candidate must maintain safe work practices and take pride in a safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include reading drawings, laying out components, rigging, welding, and coordinating with crane operators to ensure safe, efficient loads.

We value experience with tight deadlines and the ability to work at heights, with leadership qualities and strong communication. Relocation to Utah is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Ironworker experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Utah.
• Experience with tight deadlines and safety requirements.
• Ability to weld 3G and 4G with different welding applications.
• OSHA/MSHA or safety certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret steel erection and shop drawings.
• Lay out on concrete and existing structures and fabricate components per drawings.
• Coordinate rigging and signaling with crane operator for safe hoisting.
• Assemble and weld structural components per blueprints and supervisor directions.
• Maintain high safety standards and lead by example.
• Direct workers to hoist and move loads safely and efficiently.
