Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience as an Ironworker Helper or Structural Ironworker.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and craft specs.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and plan workloads.
• Ability to lead erection of steel, fabrication, grid layout and rigging.
• Must meet all physical requirements and work at heights over 300 ft.

Responsibilities

• Lead the erection of steel and rigging activities across multiple crews.
• Plan workload and coordinate multiple processes to ensure schedule adherence.
• Read and interpret IFC drawings, cut sheets and notes before erection.
• Maintain safety practices and oversee helper and labor positions.
• Communicate needs via RFIs and coordinate with project teams.
