EZARC is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Ironworker (Welders) to join our Phoenix team. The ideal candidate will interpret drawings, fabricate and install steel, operate lifts, and maintain an uncompromising safety culture.

Responsibilities include signaling crane operators, rigging configurations, and welding 3G/4G with various applications. This non-travel role emphasizes teamwork and on-site efficiency in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Ironworker.
• Ability to weld 3G and 4G with various applications.
• Experience operating forklifts and lifts in industrial settings.
• Strong safety record and OSHA/MSHA certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate with crane/forklift operators using signals.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret steel erection and shop drawings.
• Prepare hardware and rigging according to loads.
• Erect structural steel components with cranes and rigging.
• Maintain safety culture and follow procedures.
• Coordinate with crew to meet tight deadlines.
• Inspect tools and equipment for safe operation.
• Mark materials and prep surfaces for welding.
• Assemble hoisting equipment and guide beam placement.
