TIC Inc. is seeking aLead Construction Supervisor to effectively lead and manage crew members on a project near Abilene, TX. The role emphasizes daily supervision, safety adherence and timely completion within budget, with overtime expectations as needed.

You will coordinate activities, monitor equipment, maintain records and communicate plans to leadmen and crews, while ensuring high safety standards and quality workmanship throughout the project duration.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure proper tool use on site.
• Follow project plans, specifications and codes and communicate updates to crews.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and in carrying out sequence of activities for assigned crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety of crew and enforce company and government safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, scope, plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised employees.
• Project located close to Abilene, TX.
• 10+ OT hours per week.
• Minimum 1 year project duration.
