TIC Inc in Abilene, TX is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee daily activities and production according to project timelines, plans and standards. You will train crews on safety and operational procedures, supervise other crafts, and ensure timely completion within budget while maintaining quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating crews, equipment and materials, maintaining records, and conducting toolbox talks to address safety and scope.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Ability to supervise craft workers effectively.
• Ability to train safety practices and communicate instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing activities for assigned crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Promote crew safety and conduct toolbox meetings; communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules.
• Monitor compliance by all employees with company policies.
