Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform essential functions of craft workers under supervision.
• Plan tasks safely and teach safety practices, policies and procedures.
• Able to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing, fit-for-duty medical.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records (job quantities, productivity, timesheets, daily reports).
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Complete work on time within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and enforce company/government safety rules.
• Lead toolbox meetings and communicate safety concerns, scope, plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with all company policies by supervised employees.
