Responsibilities include coordinating with superintendent, inspecting progress, maintaining records, and scheduling tasks while staying within budget. Must communicate clearly and enforce safety rules on site.

Qualifications

• Supervisor and train safety practices; ensure crew adherence to safety policies.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct daily production activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to motivate and guide crews.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management to organize crew, materials, and equipment within budget.
• Inspect work progress and site conditions to verify safety and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity rates, and time sheets.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for assigned crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks with leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and adjust plans as needed.
• Prioritize workload and operate within budget constraints.
