Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee daily crew activities, ensure safety, and drive timely project completion according to plans and codes. You will train and guide crew members, monitor performance, and coordinate with supervision to meet project milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on oversight of on-site operations, with emphasis on safety compliance and productivity reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with craft workers.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control and unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals and job cost management.
• Willingness to conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety practices on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Develop weekly schedules and carry out sequence of activities for assigned crew.
