Job summary

The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is seeking a Senior Human Research Review Analyst to provide pre-review of human research protocols for compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies. The role supports the HRRCs and offers guidance to faculty, staff and students on potential regulatory issues within proposals.

This position also provides administrative support to HRRCs and technical guidance on regulatory matters, helping to ensure ethically and scientifically

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 7+ years of related experience.
• Degree above minimum may substitute for experience year-for-year.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in biomedical sciences; CIP/CRC certifications.
• Experience preparing IRB submissions and related documents.
• Familiar with electronic IRB research administration systems.
• Experience coordinating biomedical human research; proficient in medical terminology.
