Reporting to the VP IR and Treasurer, this role drives quarterly earnings, investor conferences, and roadshows while partnering with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and business leaders to shape the investor narrative and present clear, persuasive financial
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive investor relations or related finance experience.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear executive messaging.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute investor relations activities including earnings calls and roadshows.
- Develop and manage the investor engagement calendar.
- Prepare responses to inquiries within disclosure guidelines.
- Create investor materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and other leaders to craft investor messaging.
- Monitor investor sentiment and market trends.
- Support communications for acquisitions or strategic updates.
