Corbin Advisors, a strategic investor relations advisor, seeks a seasoned VP, Advisory to lead client relationships and drive growth in the financial services sector from Farmington, CT. You will shape investor communications, financial messaging, and market strategies for global public and pre-IPO clients, collaborating with C-suite executives and IR leaders.

You will oversee a team delivering insights, develop engagement plans, and guide complex programs in dynamic, high-growth environments,

Qualifications

• Wall Street buy side equity analyst, sell side research analyst, investment banking and/or investor relations experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of how strategy and business execution impact financial performance and value creation
• Ability to articulate investment theses and convey strategic/financial messages in Street-facing materials
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance, modeling, disclosures, and regulatory landscape
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree: CFA and/or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead multiple client relationships on ad hoc and annual retainer basis
• Deliver actionable insights and client-tailored advice with Wall Street perspective
• Drive client strategy in all areas of strategic communications for capital markets
• Develop and execute investor communication approaches that create competitive advantage
• Support IR efforts including strategy, monitoring news flow, drafting and reviewing financial communications
• Develop recommendations based on analysis, research, and modeling
• Lead Investor Day engagement strategy, planning, and talent alignment
