Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks a senior finance reporting and analytics professional to lead strategic reporting initiatives and drive AI-enabled automation. The role combines technical reporting with business acumen to improve visibility and decision support.

The position partners with the Utility Finance Business Partnership, Director of Financial Reporting, and IT Data teams to deliver standardized, reliable data and performance insights across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in finance, reporting, analytics, FP&A, or business support.
• Experience leading recurring financial reporting, dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting support, and management reporting.
• Experience with BI, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled technologies to improve reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a matrixed finance reporting model supporting utility and enterprise teams.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and reporting automation technologies to improve efficiency and insights.
• Lead recurring financial and operational reporting, dashboards and leadership reporting packages for forecasting and reviews.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements, KPI views, and analytical outputs used for decision making.
• Collaborate with IT Data and business stakeholders to improve data quality and automate reporting.
• Provide hands-on report development, data validation, and problem solving.
