Job summary

Valmont Industries seeks a senior finance reporting and analytics professional to partner with Utility Finance and the Director of Financial Reporting. The role combines technical reporting with business acumen to improve visibility, automate AI-enabled reporting, and deliver decision-ready insights that drive better outcomes.

You will lead dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports, while coaching and prioritizing resources in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting support, and management reporting.
Experience with BI, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled technologies to improve reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Lead and support recurring financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and leadership packages.
Drive AI-enabled tools adoption, BI platforms, and reporting automation to improve efficiency.
Translate business needs into reporting requirements and KPIs aligned with standards.
Provide hands-on analysis of revenue, margins, working capital, costs, and trends.
