Job summary

RTX is seeking a finance professional to join the LADS Patriot Product Line (PPL) BMC4I IPT Finance Team onsite in Andover, MA. The role combines finance, program control and cross-functional collaboration across product lines and Business Operations finance.

The successful candidate will manage EAC reviews, spend trend analysis, BCRs, manpower planning, and pricing support while coordinating with GSCM finance and program offices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field or advanced degree.
• 5+ years of Finance related experience; or 3 years with advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP, BW, MS Project or similar system; EVMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly EAC reviews by program & product line.
• Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS metrics.
• Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
• Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB).
• Support proposal activities & pricing exercises.
• Financial responsibility for IPT, ESPB & NRE across portfolio.
