Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Principal Control Account Manager for the LTAMDS program in Andover, MA. This onsite role supports planning, budgeting, and EVMS across IPTs, aligning schedule and cost with program goals.

You will develop IMS tasks, participate in IBRs, and assist government surveillance reviews while leading CAM activities and coordinating with Engineering Business Analyst to produce EV artifacts. This is a senior U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EV tools.
• Experience developing schedules, estimating costs, and managing cost/schedule progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts.
• Collaborate with LTAMDS cross functional team (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality).
• Develop and maintain the IPT’s Integrated Master Schedule tasks and status LOE tasks.
• Manage IPT EVMS performance including labor/material actuals and cost/schedule integration.
• Prepare for and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and support surveillance reviews.
