Job summary
Marshall Gerstein & Borun LLP seeks a Legal Support Specialist for IP Transactions to act as a senior legal support professional, executive assistant, and operational resource for the IP Transactions Practice Group. The role requires coordinating and supervising support and providing high-value document management and client service.
You will evaluate transactional agreements, edit contracts, manage complex workflows, and support attorneys with proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of advanced contract support or senior admin experience.
- Experience supporting transactional attorneys and reviewing agreements.
- Advanced MS Word, track changes, redlining, and document comparison.
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and prepare agreements and related documents.
- Review documents for consistency and form, escalating issues.
- Coordinate calendars, travel, and matter schedules.
- Manage flow of transactional documents among parties.
- Supervise other support within IP Transactions Group.
