Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP seeks a Legal Recruiting Specialist to lead recruitment for all legal professional roles, including technical specialists, patent agents, lateral attorneys, and summer associates. The specialist will partner with the CTDO to develop and execute strategies and advise on candidates, market conditions, and hiring priorities.

The role oversees screening, interviews, onboarding, and reporting, plus management of the Summer Associate Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of legal recruiting experience.
• Experience in law school admissions or professional development is a plus.
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CTDO to manage legal recruiting from intake through offer.
• Lead all aspects of the Summer Associate Program including scheduling and mentorships.
• Oversee background checks, onboarding plans and candidate data reporting.
