• IP research experience is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of legal systems and information resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level research and consultative services to lawyers across multiple time zones via a centralized ticketing system.
• Conduct legal, business, and public records research using government and subscription resources.
• Evaluate sources for currency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness and present clear results.
• Prioritize billable workflow and communicate around deadlines.
• Lead research strategy for complex queries and coordinate team members.
• Design and deliver training on research methods and resources.
