Ideal candidates have 8+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation, with proficiency in Relativity, CaseMap, and Westlaw. This on-site role offers growth within a premier global law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Experience supporting complex litigation through trial.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Opus 2, CaseMap, Lexis, Westlaw and iManage.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of IP litigation.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
• Assist with discovery, document review, and productions.
• Prepare and coordinate court filings.
• Support infringement and invalidity contentions.
• Assist with claim construction and Markman hearing preparation.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Bluebook cite‑check briefs and legal documents.
• Work with experts, vendors, and litigation support teams.
• Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants.
