Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support elite IP disputes alongside a national team of attorneys. You will manage case files, calendars, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.

This role offers direct mentorship, exposure to high‑stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions, coordination with experts and vendors, and opportunities for career growth within a premier global law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred, including complex matters.
• Experience supporting litigation through trial and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of IP litigation.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
• Assist with discovery, document review, and productions.
• Prepare and coordinate court filings.
• Support infringement and invalidity contentions.
• Assist with claim construction and Markman hearing preparation.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Bluebook cite‑check briefs and legal documents.
• Work with experts, vendors, and litigation support teams.
• Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants.
