IP ( Patent Ligation) Paralegal – - leadership opportunity- responsible position

2-5 years large firm Litigation Paralegal experience REQUIRED

The Role:

Senior Paralegals focus heavily on the substantive, execution-level support of a case lifecycle. They are deeply embedded in specific trial- hands on trial experience.

Help coordinate workflow for their specific team, understanding of discovery applications, preparing for and attending depositions and trial.

Litigation paralegals supportlawyers in all phases of the litigation practice, from pre‑complaint investigation to trial and appeal.

Fast pace team environment.

Paralegals accompany attorneys to court and assist in preparing exhibits, pleadings and other court submissions. Coordinate the activities of the paralegals on their teams and perform their own assignments.

Trial & Discovery Management:

Organizing document collections, performing complex document reviews, building case chronologies, and coordinating with the Technical Litigation Support team.

Court Readiness:

Accompanying attorneys to hearings and trials to manage exhibits and real-time court submissions. Prepare for and attend depositions and trial

Key Tasks:

They manage document collection and production, draft complex filings, conduct meticulous cite-checking or case pulls using Lexis/Westlaw, and actively participate in trial preparation and courtroom support.
