Qualifications

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
• Current bar membership in the US.
• 8+ years of legal experience with 5+ years in law firm experience preferred.
• Significant IP litigation experience focused on high tech products.
• Experience managing post-grant review proceedings.
• Experience leading litigation tasks, discovery, and coordination with teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for business leaders.

Responsibilities
