Lenovo is seeking a lead legal advisor for its Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) to structure, negotiate, and drive high-value transactions across North America and beyond. The role partners with Product, Sales, Strategy and Alliances to manage risk while enabling growth.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex agreements, provide guidance on regulatory, data privacy, and IP issues, and collaborate with Lenovo legal teams globally.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 12+ years negotiating and leading complex technology, infrastructure, cloud, storage, software, or strategic commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, issue-spotting, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage transactions end-to-end.
• Experience advising senior leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead negotiations and structure for ISG transactions across North America and beyond.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial, regulatory, data privacy, IP, and technology issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Strategy, Alliances, and Business Development teams.
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain templates and contracting frameworks with the Global Contracts Team.
• Support post-signature obligations and disputes; assist with amendments and change orders.
• Travel as business needs require.
