Lenovo seeks a lead legal advisor for the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in North America to structure, negotiate, and drive complex transactions spanning servers, storage, AI, software, and cloud services. You will partner with business leaders to enable growth while managing risk across diverse stakeholders.

The role requires a JD and 12+ years negotiating multi-jurisdictional tech deals, with strong drafting, strategic advising, and leadership.

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience with multinational, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and judgment skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead attorney for ISG transactions, structuring and negotiating high-value deals.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage outside counsel.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial, regulatory, data privacy, IP, and tech issues.
• Develop contracting frameworks, templates, and playbooks with global teams.
• Support contract execution and post-signature issue resolution.
• Travel as business needs require across North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asia Pacific.
