Lenovo seeks a Senior Counsel to support its AI Ecosystem team, reporting to the Director of Legal for AI. You will provide legal counsel to senior leaders on development and operation of Lenovo's AI products across devices and services.

The role involves negotiating complex technology and ecosystem agreements, collaborating with global AI legal teams, and delivering practical legal solutions in a fast-changing geopolitical tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of counseling, drafting, and negotiation experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Admission to practice with a J.D. or LLM required.
• Experience with AI products, SaaS, and hybrid on-device software is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide solutions counseling, contract creation, negotiation, and review.
• Advise on legal, compliance, and business transactions with risk analysis.
• Collaborate with in-house and outside counsel, engineers, marketing, and sales.
