Qualifications

• 12+ years of counseling, drafting, and negotiation experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Admission to practice with a J.D. or LLM required.
• Experience with AI products, SaaS, and hybrid on-device software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions counseling, contract creation, negotiation, and review.
• Advise on legal, compliance, and business transactions with risk analysis.
