Job summary

Lenovo seeks a high-impact technology senior lawyer to collaborate with the AI counsel and global regulatory team to understand, influence, and interpret AI-related global regulations impacting Lenovo’s products and services.

You will help implement compliance processes, advise diverse client groups, and support Lenovo’s Responsible AI Governance Program across product, security, privacy, and ethics.

Qualifications

• JD and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of counseling, drafting and negotiation experience in AI, software, SaaS, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret global AI regulations and advise Lenovo on compliant product and service deployment.
• Collaborate with government relations and outside counsel to engage regulators.
• Develop and implement corporate AI compliance measures and governance processes.
• Provide practical legal advice to diverse internal teams on AI matters.
• Serve as subject matter expert on AI law within the global legal team.
