Job summary

Meta seeks an attorney with deep experience in online intellectual property, artificial intelligence and intermediary liability issues to serve as Lead Counsel, IP Content & Product. You will tackle cutting-edge IP issues on a global scale across Meta’s family of apps, products, and services, including AI, Reality Labs, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, and Messenger.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Subject matter expertise in IP including copyright, trademark and rights of publicity.
• Experience with global intermediary liability issues and laws (DMCA, CDA, EU Copyright Directive, DSA).
• Experience advising on IP issues related to AI and new technologies.
