Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admittance to the applicable state bar.
• Minimum 15 years of legal experience in patent clearance, prosecution, and landscape.
• Ability to create new processes for patent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and prosecute patent applications in-house.
• Manage patent legal support for multiple Honda business areas with high-risk projects.
• Lead project and people management, coaching and development of associates.
