Zusammenfassung

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a paralegal to support in-house counsel with moderate to high-risk product liability matters. You will coordinate between attorneys and business units and work with outside counsel to ensure information is prepared for trial. Matters can exceed $10M in exposure.

You will manage discovery, settlements documentation, inquiries, reporting to senior management, and other business needs in a dynamic legal department.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in-house or with a large law firm handling litigation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate discovery efforts related to product liability litigation.
• Coordinate documentation for settlements, including agreements and payoff information.
• Respond to inquiries for claim and lawsuit information as needed.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Support other business requirements as needed.
