Connect Legal Partners in New Jersey seeks an accomplished patent/trademark prosecutor to grow a practice with the firm\'s full support platform. Compensation includes a share of collections, origination credit on new business, and a profit share, with hybrid work into the northern NJ office.

The ideal candidate has 5–20 years in prosecution, a portable client base, and valid USPTO registration for patent work or bar admission for trademark work.

Competenze

• 5 to 20 years of patent or trademark prosecution experience.
• A portable book of business.
• Eligible to practice patent work (USPTO registration) or trademark work (bar admission).
• Willing to work from the northern New Jersey office on a hybrid basis.

The firm

An intellectual property law firm in northern New Jersey with a full support platform for attorneys who bring their own clients.

The role

You will bring and grow a patent or trademark prosecution practice, with the firm providing the support around you. Pay is linked to results, with a share of collections, origination credit on new business and a share of firm profits. We will want to understand the size of your book, your balance between prosecution and litigation, and any client conflicts.
