The firm is looking for a patent litigator with 4 to 7 years of experience and strong academic credentials to join its intellectual property practice in New York (Washington, D.C. is also an option). The associate will work alongside partners in multiple U.S. offices, play a central role on case teams, and have meaningful client contact from the start. Work will include:
The team is collaborative and spread across several offices, with a strong record of results and a real commitment to training and mentoring associates. Matters are handled with an eye toward how IP issues affect clients' broader legal and business decisions, and the group works closely with the firm's litigation, licensing, corporate, emerging companies, international trade, antitrust and tax lawyers, among others, to give clients well-rounded advice.
Base salary for this role is expected to fall between $265,000 and $420,000.
