Connect Legal Partners is seeking an IP partner to run your own practice with the freedom to price your work and service clients in your own way. You will be backed by colleagues across other practice areas who can take referrals and bring you in on their clients.

The role offers earnings tied to what you collect, a majority share of collections on work you originate, and full remote working.

• 8+ years in IP and currently a partner or senior counsel.
• A portable book of $750K or more.
• Comfortable with a model that pays on collections rather than a guaranteed draw.

The role

You will run your own IP practice with the freedom to price your work and service your clients your way, backed by colleagues across other practice areas who can take referrals and bring you in on their clients.
