Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking a product leader to own and drive roadmaps for connected services and software experiences across key portfolios. You will guide VOC research, define requirements, craft value propositions, and monitor financial performance to meet business objectives.

You will oversee new product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring superior user experiences for customers, partners, and dealers, while aiming for profitability and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Product Owner roles.
• Experience supervising Software Product Managers.
• Strong IoT experience related to hardware/software integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for product portfolios to drive best‑in‑class software experiences and business results.
• Lead the new product development process within the Connected Services team from concept through commercialization, including VOC research and requirements.
• Deliver flawless user experiences across customer, partner, and dealer‑facing products.
• Support achievement of full P&L objectives, driving profitability, volume growth and market share.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to develop connected services and end‑to‑end user experiences.
• Ensure roadmaps align with business unit strategy and enable fast paced development and sustained support.
