Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to define and drive multiple projects within the Engineering group. The role maintains the source of truth for commitments, dependencies, and status, and translates business needs into technical tasks and timelines.

You will keep dashboards updated, manage resourcing, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders while protecting information and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 4+ years of related experience and end-to-end project leadership.
• Experience in an engineering environment preferred.
• Ability to own a project from scoping through delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and agile tools.
• Background in firmware/electrical/hardware-software integration.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and drive multiple projects to conclusion with stakeholders.
• Maintain the source of truth for program commitments, dependencies, and status.
• Translate business requirements into engineering tasks and timelines.
• Maintain dashboards and status updates for program health.
• Track resourcing and resolve conflicts; escalate when needed.
• Communicate plan and status clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Protect confidential information and uphold health and safety guidelines.
