Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC seeks a senior product leader to head the myQ Enterprise portfolio. You’ll guide a team of software product managers, define strategy, and balance fast feature delivery with sustaining a growing customer base.

You’ll partner with engineering, sales, and customers to validate the product in real-world use, while shaping pricing, GTM, and platform integrations across hardware and software. This is a builder’s role in a rapidly evolving enterprise SaaS space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management with team leadership.
• Proven SaaS product management with API integrations and platform extensibility.
• Logistics/warehousing or ERP/TMS domain experience highly valued.
• Comfort with Matrix/Agile development and Scrum rituals.
• Self-starter with startup-like drive inside a large org.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product & Product Team, setting clear priorities.
• Own and communicate strategy and roadmap for myQ Enterprise portfolio.
• Define metrics (revenue, adoption, retention) and translate into priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering in a matrix/Agile environment to maintain timelines.
• Act as Voice of the Product in internal/external communications and demos.
• Contribute to GTM with marketing, sales, and CS on positioning and pricing.
