You will design, build, and scale iOS applications that help construction teams manage projects and jobsite safety, delivering high-quality features while upholding engineering standards. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA to ship mission-critical iOS features, mentor engineers, and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with iOS apps.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture and patterns (MVC/MVVM).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement complex, high-impact features across iOS apps.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with senior engineers and managers.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase.
