Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, iOS to join our Mobile team in Austin, TX. You will design, build, and scale high-impact iOS features, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA to deliver reliable software for construction teams worldwide.

You’ll mentor engineers, influence architecture, and help drive performance and maintainability across the codebase, while advancing our iOS platform with Swift, SwiftUI, and CoreData.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years building native iOS apps in Swift.
• Strong knowledge of iOS architectures (CoreData, SwiftUI, UIKit) and MVC/MVVM.
• Proven track record shipping complex, high-quality software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement complex iOS features across multiple apps.
• Influence architecture and design decisions with staff engineers and managers.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to translate requirements.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of codebase.
• Support production and incident resolution.
• Engage with generative tools and agentic workflows.
