Procore Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, iOS to design, build, and scale our iOS mobile applications used by construction teams worldwide. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features, mentor peers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

The role reports to the Senior Engineering Manager and is based in our Austin office. Salary range is 140,960–193,820 USD annually, with equity and bonus potential.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years building native iOS applications with Swift.
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture (CoreData, SwiftUI, UIKit) and MVC/MVVM design patterns.
• Track record of shipping complex, high-quality software products.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement complex, high-impact features across our iOS applications.
• Contribute to key architectural and design decisions for the team, in partnership with Staff engineers and the Engineering Manager.
• Identify technical issues and improvement opportunities and drive them to resolution.
• Mentor fellow engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and hands-on coaching.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Help drive improvements in performance, reliability, and maintainability across the codebase.
• Support the full lifecycle of feature delivery, including production support and incident resolution.
• Engage with generative tools and agentic workflows.
