PNC is seeking a Senior Operations Advisor in its Midland footprint to lead investor reporting, ensuring accurate reporting and remittance of funds while overseeing complex transactions and strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with partners across the business.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of six years in loan servicing or related financial operations, strong data analysis skills, and a proven ability to drive timely resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of loan servicing experience, preferably within investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations, cash movement processes, and the ability to analyze and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
• Establishes process performance measurements and oversees business impact; may implement critical business support services.
• Promotes and monitors the production workflow and assists team with complex escalation issues; acts as escalation point.
• Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or processes; drives change and improvements.
• Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; resolves compliance issues and mitigates risk.
