Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in client or investment operations.
• Direct experience with fund-of-funds structures and private equity valuations.
• Direct experience with subscription, capital call, and distribution mechanics.
• Working knowledge of subscription documents, wire processing, and fund terms.

Responsabilités

• Own daily and month-end reconciliations across custodian, cash, and fund administrator records.
• Maintain ABOR data integrity, NAV validation, side pocket tracking, and fee calculations.
• Manage exception queues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with technology teams on reconciliation platform requirements.
• Support client-service workflows and day-to-day operations in a lean team.
• Assist with regulatory reporting data and documentation when needed.
