Symetra Investment Management is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support day-to-day investment operations for portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams. The role focuses on back/middle office functions, trade processing, and data reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree and 2+ years in investments, with Bloomberg or SIMCorp experience preferred. The company offers flexible full-time or hybrid work arrangements and generous benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years in investments or finance related field.
• Strong technical focus and interest in automating repetitive tasks.
• Bloomberg and/or trade order management experience preferred.
• Experience with investment accounting systems (e.g., Simcorp Dimension).

Aufgaben

• Process investment transactions and ensure timely settlement.
• Perform reconciliations across OMS, IBO, custodian and accounting systems.
• Handle secondary events such as corporate actions and capital calls.
• Provide client information and maintain relationships as a registered investment advisor.
• Support audits, light reporting, and internal improvement projects.
