Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced Director/Managing Director, Investment Grade Trader to join the Sales & Trading team. This role focuses on providing liquidity to institutional clients, managing trading inventory and market risk, and partnering with Sales, Syndicate, and Debt Capital Markets to enhance Citizens' fixed income franchise.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Investment Grade trading or related credit markets.
• Deep expertise in IG market structure, pricing, liquidity and spreads.
• Proven ability to generate P&L through disciplined risk management and insight.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary IG credit markets.
• Ability to balance client facilitation, risk management and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or obtainable promptly).

Responsabilidades

• Own and actively manage IG trading risk across corporate bonds and related instruments.
• Make markets and provide liquidity in IG corporate bonds for institutional clients.
• Partner with Syndicate and Banking on new issue pricing, distribution strategy and aftermarket performance.
• Provide real-time market color, liquidity insight and pricing intelligence to teams.
• Evaluate and manage firm inventory, liquidity constraints and capital usage.
• Serve as a senior market resource regarding market structure and execution strategy.
• Mentor and develop junior traders while supporting a high-performance trading culture.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory, supervisory and internal risk management requirements.
